Our research project PanQueSt (“Pangenome Quest for Structural variations”) has been successfully financed by the ANR.
This project brings together four partners with complementary expertise : Claire Lemaitre (Inria Rennes), Sèverine Bérard (Montpellier University), Benjamin Linard (INRAe Toulouse) and Raluca Uricaru (Bordeaux University).
